The organizer top is what sold me, and it's perfect for keeping pens and small tools right where I can grab them. Each drawer holds a solid 10 lbs, so my craft supplies don't sag the bottom at all. Been using it daily for two weeks and it still rolls smoothly.
The drawers are deeper than I expected, so a whole ream of paper fits flat in one. The little organizer top keeps my pens and scissors from rolling around, which I didn't know I needed. Rolls smoothly even when all three drawers are full.
Bought this to corral my kid's art supplies and the three deep drawers actually swallow a lot more than I expected. The 10 lb limit per drawer is real though, so I keep the heavy stuff on the bottom. Solid little cart for the price.
