Switching to this top-entry box cut the litter trail across my bathroom floor way down, since my cat has to hop out through the opening instead of flinging it everywhere. The enclosed round top also keeps my dog from sneaking in for a snack, which honestly was the main reason I bought it. The scoop

The top entry keeps my cat from kicking litter all over the hallway, and I'm not sweeping up clay bits twice a day anymore. The scoop that comes with it is sturdier than the flimsy one I had before. Honestly the best part is how much less tracking I see on the carpet.

Julian ★★★★★

Not gonna lie, I expected a fight about the top entry, but my cat figured it out in a day and now the litter stays inside instead of all over my bathroom floor. The enclosed round top really does cut down the tracking, and having the scoop included was a nice touch.
