I picked up the 8-pack to tame the chaos of paper clips and binder clips in my desk drawer, and at 1.4" tall they slide in without catching on anything. The built-in sections mean nothing shifts around, and I've got spares for the kitchen junk drawer too.
The dividers in these trays are perfect for keeping paper clips and binder clips from sliding around, which was my main annoyance before. At 1.4 inches tall they fit inside my desk drawer without catching when I slide it shut, so I ended up using most of the pack in there instead of on top.
I’d been using loose bins on my desk and the clutter finally drove me crazy. These trays are just 1.4 inches tall so they slide right under my monitor, and the dividers keep paperclips, cables, and sticky notes perfectly separated.
